About Healing Hub

Honest guidance for finding the right care in Kenya

Healing Hub is an independent guide to rehabilitation, psychiatric and counselling services across Kenya. We help individuals and families understand their options, ask the right questions and make informed decisions about addiction and mental health treatment.

Why we exist

Looking for treatment for yourself or a loved one is often stressful, urgent and confusing. Information about facilities, costs, insurance cover and treatment approaches is scattered and hard to compare. Healing Hub brings that information together in plain language, written and reviewed by people who work in mental health and addiction care.

Written by practitioners

Our content is written or reviewed by counselling psychologists and mental health professionals practising in Kenya.

Clear and practical

We explain admission, detox, therapy, aftercare and costs in terms families can act on.

Confidential

Any enquiry you make through Healing Hub is handled with discretion and respect.

Evidence informed

We draw on recognised treatment guidelines and keep articles updated as services and regulations change.
